Hello, I am Vallabh, a UX & Product Design Specialist. I am based in London, where I head the Design function for HGS in the UK & EMEA region.

I have led and delivered projects for clients like Adidas, Avis, Bang & Olufsen and Unilever. I have experience across industries like consumer goods, electronics, finance, retail, travel and hospitality.

Over the past ten years, besides hands-on design, I have shouldered roles such as team management, directing end-to-end UX programs and moderating workshops. I take a lot of interest in joining the dots between user-empathy, business metrics and technical possibilities.

I hold a graduate degree in Architecture and a post-graduate degree in Design where I learnt Human-Computer Interaction. In my early career, I have designed a board-game (selling on Amazon), an animation short (featured on MTV) and buildings in Goa.

I have been a mentor on the Microsoft Accelerator program for start-ups and I speak regularly on Lateral Thinking and Design Thinking.
